Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. Returns are free within this period. To be eligible for a return, the item should be in its original condition, unworn, unused, clean, and with any original packaging or accessories included whenever possible.

Because our products are footwear items, we kindly ask that sandals be tried on indoors and kept in a clean condition if you plan to return them.

Refunds

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or style, please contact our support team. The fastest way to receive a new item is usually to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if the item is heavily worn, damaged by misuse, stained, washed, altered, or returned outside the 30-day return window.
